Quick & Easy way to pay your bills

CRWB staff do not handle cash. All payments should be made through a bank. We have an agreement with the following banks which are available across the country to receive payment in our behalf:

1. NBS bank,
2. FDH bank
3. Standard bank.

You can also pay your bill through TNM Mpamba and Airtel Money. In the following areas we also receive through Post Offices; Linthipe, Mitundu, Madisi, Kochilira and Kamwendo.

Our prepaid customers can also buy water token from FDH and NBS banks either on the counter or via mobile devices.
